Mount Shasta Trail Challenge!
Our goal is to share the beauty and diversity of Siskiyou with those who are inspired to get out and enjoy the vast trail system surrounding Mt. Shasta.
The 2019 challenge kicks off at the Mount Shasta Fourth of July Celebration on 7/4/2019 in downtown Mount Shasta, where passports will be available at the Trail Challenge booth. Passports may also be downloaded from the trail challenge website.
Complete six of the hikes listed on page two of this passport before Dec. 31, 2019, and win a Trail Challenge hat. Turn in your completed passport at the visitors centers in Dunsmuir, McCloud, Mount Shasta, or Weed to claim your prize!
The 2020 challenge will kick off next spring, culminating in the Mt. Shasta Trail Challenge Celebration to be held in downtown Mount Shasta on 10/10/2020. Mark your calendar now - you won’t want to miss it!

Passports may be picked up at the Mt. Shasta Trail Challenge booth at the Mt. Shasta Fourth of July Festival, or at the Vistors Centers in Mt. Shasta, McCloud, Dunsmuir, and Weed. You can also DOWNLOAD one right now and print it out at home.
PASSPORT TURN IN
When you complete 6 or more trails of your choice, bring your passport to the Visitors Center in Mt. Shasta, McCloud, Dunsmuir, or Weed to have your passport signed and to collect your prize.
Those who complete 6 or more trails from the list below will receive their choice of a Mt. Shasta Trail Challenge hat or visor. Those who complete all trails (blackout passport) will be entered into a drawing to win a bigger prize.
